    By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

    The prize draw is being run by Fusion Professional (INSIGHT UK)

    Eligibility to enter

    • UK & NI Salons only
    • Competition for salons not current stocking INSIGHT
    • Only one entry per salon

    How to enter

    • Enter all details required on online form
    • Fusion Professional will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
    • We will randomly choose 25 salons for a final live random draw
    • Closing date to enter will be Tuesday 31st August

    The prize

    • Prize includes products only, stand not included
    • No cash alternative for any prizes will be offered
    • You agree to stock prize products in your salon for retail purposes
    • You agree not to sell on prize products below RRP/online
    • Fusion Professional will attempt to contact the winner up to two times.
    • If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the second attempt, they will lose their right to the prize, and Fusion Professional reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

    Receipt of the prize

    • Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

    Data protection and publicity

    • You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Fusion Professional for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
    • All personal information shall be used in accordance with our privacy notice.
    • You consent to your salon’s name being used on INSIGHT UK’s social media pages and website
    • You agree to publicity photos being taken of products inside your salon
    • A Fusion Professional representative may accompany delivery for publicity photos (Covid permitting) AND you must provide photos/videos for online use.

    General

    • Fusion professional reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
